Dr. Lori Walker is a scholar-practitioner and insights leader with extensive experience designing and leading qualitative and mixed-methods research. She partners with executives and cross-functional teams to translate research into actionable strategies that improve customer experiences, strengthen organizations, and inform business decisions. A RIVA-certified Master Moderator, she is recognized for her ability to uncover meaningful insights, facilitate thoughtful dialogue, and translate diverse perspectives into practical action.
She is an active contributor to the research and insights community through mentoring, speaking, training, and industry leadership. She currently serves on the I.A. IDEA Council executive committee and is co-leading IDEA Council's State of Market Research Participation Study, exploring emerging trends in research participation, trust, and representativeness. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Capella University and a Master of Marketing Research from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Her doctoral research focused on psychological safety in diverse teams.
