Head of Community Insights & Engagement Strategy
40+ Double Dutch Club
Paula Tripp is the Head of Community Insights & Engagement Strategy for the 40+ Double Dutch Club, where she helps transform member and leadership feedback into insights that strengthen decision-making, deepen engagement, and support one of the nation’s fastest-growing communities for women over 40.
Passionate about helping organizations build cultures of listening, Paula has spent more than two decades designing research and engagement strategies that ensure stakeholder voices are heard and acted upon. Working alongside the founders of the 40+ Double Dutch Club, she has helped build on the organization’s long-standing commitment to listening through membership censuses, national surveys, focus groups, and leadership listening sessions that provide meaningful benchmarks and actionable insights.
Paula is also the founder of The Insights Partnership, a boutique consumer insights consultancy that helps organizations turn stakeholder voices into strategic action. She believes the strongest organizations don’t just collect feedback. They build cultures where listening becomes a catalyst for better decisions, stronger relationships, and lasting impact.
